One note for the conversation. 5G can operate at the frequencies that 4G


uses and enjoy similar range; however, when operating in this range (~700 MHz (typical) to ~2.5 GHz (less common)), the speeds are a marginal increase from 4G. The mythical speeds that we see advertised are at frequencies above 24 GHz (I'd guess the 10 Gbps lab speed was far greater than that), as others have noted your range drops significantly as the frequency increases.
